At Vastra Vault, we want you to love every outfit you buy from us. If it’s not a perfect fit, don’t worry — our return & refund process is simple and hassle-free.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- You can return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
✅ Unworn & unused
✅ With original tags & packaging
✅ Free from stains, perfume, or damage - Some items like sale products, accessories, and innerwear are not eligible for return (for hygiene reasons).
💳 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (bank/UPI/wallet/card).
- It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account (depends on your bank/payment provider).
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective/damaged product or wrong item sent by us → return shipping is FREE.
- For size issues or personal preference → shipping charges may apply.
🛍️ Exchange Policy
- Love it but need a different size? We’ll exchange it (if stock is available).
- If your size is sold out, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale/discounted products
- Gift cards, vouchers
- Innerwear & certain accessories (for hygiene reasons)

- Our team will guide you through the pickup/return process.
- Pack the item securely & hand it over to the courier partner.
